Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading them to the "evaluation website" (CMT).
If you have not used CMT (Computer Management Toolkit) before, please create a new CMT account first. To upload your paper, login and click "Creat New Submission" at the top.
The first page of the draft paper should include: title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, email address for each author, and the track(s)that the paper is addressing. The first page should also identify the name
of the contact author and a maximum of five topical keywords that would best represent the content of the paper.
If you have no account before with CMT, please follow the two steps listed below:
Please make sure to include the most appropriate track(s) on the first page of your paper. The list of tracks is available on the "Call For Papers" page.
Please refer to the "Author Instructions" for further guidelines on paper preparation.
Please make sure you follow the points below:
- At the Top Center of the first page, write the title of paper on the first line, names of authors separated by commas on the second line. affiliations (department, university, country) of authors on the third line, and authors’ emails separated by commas on the fourth line.
- The Paper should have Abstract, and Keywords.
- Each paper must have at least (5) keywords.
- No Dr/Professor/Mr/Miss before names.
- No page numbers and no header and footers.
- Corresponding author and should have ‘*’ after her/his name. Only one corresponding author is allowed.
- No Biographies and Pictures at the end of the paper.
- Sections should be numbered I, II, III. Subsections A, B, C, D. Sub-subsections 1) 2) 3). When you refer to a section you use upper case, for example, as stated in Section II.
- Tables and Figures CANNOT occupy more than one page.
- Figure titles should be directly under the figure and centred.
- Table titles should be directly above the table and centred.
- The font sixes should be Main title – Times New Roman(TNR) – 24 | Your name, affiliation and email – TNR – 9 | Abstract – TNR – 9, BOLD | Main headings – ITALIC numbers, text – TNR – 10 – small CAP | 1st Sub heading – Capital ITALIC Alphabetical (ex: A, B, …) Text: TNR-10 Italic | 2nd Sub heading – numerical ITALIC (ex: 1) ,,,2)) , text - TNR-10 Italic | Main text – TNR- 10 | Table - TNR, Capital , 8; (ex: TABLE 1) Caption – TNR – 8 small Cap | Figures – TNR -8 ( ex: Fig. 1.)
